RON GENNA NEWS or RONALD GENNA News about Ronald Genna In searching the net I decided one day to look up my name Ron Genna or Ronald Genna. Although most all the news is positive there was one that spoke very poorly about me and my wife Lori. I cant imagine why some one we helped so much would write such things but that kind of thing happens when people are offended. In 2006 when the housing market changed we were stuck with 11 houses that almost overnight lost there value. Fortunately we were able to sell and turn over most of them. The ones that we did not sell or turn over to the bank was not our decision. They didn't want to take them back at the time. So we decided that our misfortune can become someone Else's good fortune while at the same time still make an income of some sort for the lose that we had experienced. We rented one of the houses (3 bed rm 11/2 bath) that we were getting $900.00 a month for to a couple that came to us with there hard luck for $450.00 a month with the understanding that if anything ever goes wrong they had a choice. 1. They can fix it themselves.. 2. they can move. They agreed to the conditions and we said OK,, we would rent it with that understanding. The 3rd option was not an option for them,,, and that would be for them to pay $900.00 a month. Everything was going along fine. During this time we were in touch with the bank but they would not take the property back. The tenants were so pleased with the whole arrangement they asked me if I had another one that there mother could rent.. I had a smaller house 2bed 1 bath I agreed to the same terms for $350.00 a month. Needless to say they loved the Idea and moved in. During this time the tenant would try to get me to partake in all kinds of schemes to get the house signed over to her name. Her daughter told me be careful of her mother that she is always trying to figure ways of lying to get get things for free. Of course I could never be a part of any of the hair brained things she recommended,, all illegal. So when it came time that the bank took the property back she got made at us and did what any offended person would do and that's strike out with lies.. The article she wrote is filled with them. Many things she said does not apply to me and is not ever found in my name. But as anyone can say what they want about anyone with no consequence I guess its allowed.. Hold on to that scrap gold? NO WAY!!!

People are holding onto there old scrap gold and silver and waiting for it to skyrocket to over $3,000 an ounce.. As if they had a crystal ball and knew for sure if and when this would happen.. 

The purpose ( for the wealthy minded ) of having gold and silver would be to be able to trade in a market where the almost worthless dollar would not do you much good..Problem is you can't go to 7-11 with your bracelets or a ring and buy anything, nor would they know how much change to give you.

So what are you saying Ron? Should you or should you not sell your scrap gold?
I am saying, you should sell all the scrap gold and silver you can and convert it to gold and silver coins.
